I'm a filmmaker based on a New York City, and I am making a short film about a black woman who discovers, um, time travel. And I'm raising money on Kickstarter to make this film. It is only fifty two hundred dollars. However, I am working with a company, another company that I can't quite reveal just yet that will match the amount of money that we make on this project successfully. Um, So, basically, if we make fifty two hundred dollars, then they will also match it with fifty two hundred dollars. But the fifty two hundred dollars that is matched is not just for me. The fifty two hundred dollars will, at some point, um, go to other filmmakers in the black community. So that way their voices can be heard in the stores can be told. That means going to help bring somebody else up. And I just think it's an opportunity not only for me, but for us to come together as community and prove to people that not only is there a demand for black stories, but also why.
