Thank You for the gift of this new day,
for breath in my lungs and light in my eyes.
Guide my thoughts, words, and steps with wisdom and kindness.
Give me courage to face challenges,
patience in difficulty,
and gratitude in every moment.
Help me to love others as I wish to be loved,
to listen before I speak,
and to act with integrity and compassion.
If I stumble, lift me.
If I doubt, remind me I am not alone.
Fill my heart with peace that surpasses understanding.
