BISI THE FOODIE Chapter 3 The Kidnappers Invasion Mrs Bola knew that it was a spiritual and a generational problem from her family. For a few weeks, news had spread that kidnappers had started invading their city. People became cautious, but there is no way you can be so safe. The kidnappers kidnap women, men, boys and girls. People had started being kidnapped for about a month now. People started going to places, they went miles just to be safe. Mr Segun and Mrs Bola were afraid of going out or sending their children outside, but one day, they went to their pastor and he told them to come back the next day. When they came back the next day, they met a lot of people outside the pastor's home and they were crying. Mrs Bola: What happened? Why are you people crying? Pastor's wife: My husband has been ( crying) Mr Segun: Been what? Pastor's sister: Kidnapped in a public transport yesterday Mrs Bola broke down in tears and Mr Segun took her back home. Late in the night, Mrs Bola woke up and began thinking. And she said to herself Mrs Bola: So even the pastor couldn't protect himself from the kidnappers.
