I remember being in a relationship that was unhealthy. We were both Christians but we argued almost every week.

And that’s when I learned something important: Being Christians is not enough.

Two people can love God and still not be compatible!

There's more to compatibility. Compatibility goes beyond spirituality. You can both be
anointed and still be wrong for each other.

PEACE is a sign you’re in the right relationship.
Not every time gbasgbos. Issues today, wahala tomorrow. Fight this week, silent treatment next week.

And yes, I ended that relationship. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Some of you are in a relationship filled with red flags. You can see them clearly but you’re choosing to stay.

Because of “What if I don’t find someone better?” That fear is NOT from God.

If you’re praying for a healthy marriage but staying in an unhealthy relationship, you’re contradicting your own prayers. You cannot plant cha0s and expect peace.

My relationship with my husband? Completely different. Peaceful. Pleasant. Safe. Imagine if I had stayed in that unhealthy relationship because I was afraid, I would have missed this correct man.

My brother, my sister, you will find someone better. Your own person. Your kind. Someone who brings absolute peace. Someone who makes you realize you were not the problem all along.

Let the wrong one go so you can receive God’s best.

You date/court to assess compatibility. And once you’ve assessed and seen clearly that it’s not working? End it.

Simple. #michaelosita
